The adventure of Commensal vegetarian restaurants

Since the opening of our first vegetarian restaurant in 1977, Commensal never stopped innovating in the unique area of vegetarian culinary art. The keys to its success have been the great taste, quality and variety of its prepared vegetarian dishes.

The Commensal vegetarian restaurants have always made a point of following current culinary trends while always providing healthy and balanced dietary choices. This is why, over the past 30 years, we have succeeded in satisfying the most discerning of vegetarians.

It was on Montreal’s St-Denis street (between Sherbrooke and Ontario) that the first Commensal vegetarian restaurant saw the light of day. Over the years, several other Commensal vegetarian restaurants have joined the ranks. All have made their mark as unique dining destinations in their respective neighbourhoods.

The opening of the new Boisbriand restaurant marks an evolution in the dining experience. New colours along with a new ambiance and several thoughtful touches are what make Commensal a restaurant concept in tune with today’s population, who expect and seek out pleasure, adventure and freedom with a focus on taking care of themselves.
