The first Commensal vegetarian restaurant opened on Montreal’s rue St-Denis (between Sherbrooke and Ontario) in 1977. Over the years, several other Commensal vegetarian restaurants have joined the ranks. All have made their mark as unique dining destinations in their own neighbourhoods.
The opening of the new Boisbriand restaurant marks an evolution in dining.
