Commensal has been a member of the Convivia family since 2006. Through a variety of activities, Commensal supports the promotion of healthy eating and helps people in need to fight hunger. Every year, our plant Boisbriand ships nearly 2,000 kg of food (soups, sauces, quiches, pies, etc.) to Moisson Laurentides, which redistributes it to nearly 90 local accredited organizations.
In addition, to help fight poverty, we have implemented a work integration program at our plant in collaboration with Atelier la flèche de fer inc., a social enterprise from Montreal’s South Shore.
